Our approach to crafting the logo for Prevail Properties was centered on capturing both visual appeal and meaningful symbolism. At the core of the design lies a dynamic two-point perspective, illustrating the convergence of buildings to signify unity and focus. Within this composition, the clever integration of abstract ‘P’ shapes formed by the buildings underscores the brand’s identity with subtlety and sophistication.
A notable feature of the design is the negative space, which subtly suggests the familiar shape of a house, reinforcing the brand’s connection to real estate. Furthermore, the upward trajectory of the buildings serves as a symbolic representation of growth and progress, resonating with the brand’s ethos of ‘prevailing.’
In selecting the color palette, navy blue and tan were chosen deliberately to convey feelings of security, trust, and warmth. This choice not only reflects the reliability of Prevail Properties but also adds a touch of sophistication to the overall aesthetic.
